Sustainabler helps small and medium‑sized enterprises get a strong start in sustainability through our practical 3×3 ESG for SME methodology.

This approach is a simplified version of double materiality (DMA) and helps you identify your most important sustainability risks, opportunities, and impacts across nine key ESG dimensions. From there, we guide you in defining targets, actions, ownership, and reporting structures — creating a clear and actionable sustainability strategy.

The process begins with a workshop led by us. We coach the work throughout the process, while you develop the insights — ensuring full ownership of your sustainability journey.

Cutting GHG emissions

 - Moving towards net-zero

Understanding and reducing emissions is one of the most important steps in any sustainability journey. Sustainabler brings hands‑on experience from some of the earliest large‑scale Scope 3 assessments in industry.

In 2020, Johanna Flood led her first Scope 3 project for a company of 40,000 employees and a wide range of custom‑made products. The company was one of the first large multinationals to map its full value‑chain emissions, and the approach we took still forms a strong foundation for effective emissions management.

Since then, we have worked with various types of companies to map and cut their emissions. In 2023, Johanna Flood wrote a masters' thesis on supporting and hindering factors towards net-zero in companies. More on this here. Sustainabler has worked with the GHG Protocol, CDP, SBTi, GRI, VSME, and ESRS E1.
