A complete sustainability strategy, organization-wide engagement, and a sustainability report — delivered in just 100 hours.
What we did
Facilitated three all-employee workshops to identify key ESG topics and build internal engagement with the 3XESG Methodology.
Developed a sustainability strategy with clear targets and presented it to the board for approval.
Coached and supported the team to produce their first sustainability report, inspired by the CSRD VSME standard.
